The objective of this study is the production of high nutritious product (MaxPro) using organic waste as substrate. Fruit waste is utilized as a cheaper carbon source in environment friendly way. This product considers to be economically viable product. The product will have the potential to solve the food protein deficiency. The end users of MaxPro. are our people from rural areas, people who are suffering drought conditions, pharmaceutical industry, Food industry, health organizations and NGOs etc
