The complete recruitment lifecycle takes a lot of time, effort & manpower. According to some analyst it could take as much as a few months to fill in a position. This results in stress and reduced efficiency for HR personals and for company this result in monetary lost.
Visumify is a new way of defining oneself and create a highlighted persona through the medium of visual resume. This allows visual resume to act as a new medium of filtration as well as a canvas for the candidate to showcase their soft skills . It is also a handy tool for the companies as it allows them to filter candidate with desirable soft skills before conducting HR interview.
Current Status: Pre-seed stage.
Key Achievement: • Among 60 startups I was top 3 in SSBC CIIT.
• Given 100,000 PKR grant money from CIIT.
• Awarded $100,000 in AWS credits for hosting purposes.
• Got selected in Pak100 boot camp from all over Pakistan and am among the finalists.
• Got selected among 1350+ startups In National Incubation Center Islamabad 11 cohort.
• Co create the module for integration of Visumify and CDC CIIT graduate repository for better Job placement for CIIT Graduates.
